It is tested under conditions of a room temperature of 20°C ±2°C (68°F 14°F), by filling the bottle up to the bottom line of the main bowl lid with hot or cold water and left standing in its upright position. After filling the bottle with hot water and left to reach 95'C 11C(203 F ±2°F) then measured its water temperature after 6 hours; or with cold water and left to reach 4°C 1°C (39°F 12°F) then measured after 6 hours.

Food bowl is at normal temperature. Because there are many kinds of side dishes, the heating methods of various dishes are also different.
To avoid contents/food deteriorate or spoil , food bowl is stored at room temperature.
